I purchased my outdoor kitchen from Smokey Stone when I moved to FL back in 2021. There were a few places that build outdoor kitchens closer to me, but word on the street was that Smokey Stone really did quality work. So I went out to North Naples and met with Pete. He explained all my options and didn't pressure me so I can take the time to think about my options and make my decision. I recently saw their new store, in South Naples, just a couple of miles from my house. I was experiencing some problems with my side burner, so I went in there to see if they can provide some guidance. To my surprise, Pete was working in there and he suggested I check the battery in the lighter. I thought that might be a logical place to start because I still had the original battery in there. That wasn't the problem, so Pete helped me order a new lighter. I'm not a very handy kinda guy, lucky for me they are just down the street, so Pete was nice enough to stop by on his way home and helped me install it. He didn't have to do that, but that's just good customer service. I should also mention that I have received many compliments on my outdoor kitchen.

Smoky Stone worked with us to find the best solution for adding backsplash to our outdoor kitchen that worked for our budget. Their installer was able to add a smaller square piece and ledge behind our grill without having to remove the entire gas hookup and cabinet. This gave us a nicer look, covered our grill’s smoke footprint and saved us a few thousand dollars in labor and extra granite. Sometimes you just want what you need and that is what they came through with. And the experts in their stone yard picked the perfect match for our existing countertop from a camera phone photo! Nice job!

We had a home run experience with Smoky Stone. In fact, it was a grand slam. From Sarah on the sales floor, to Denise and Jon on the design team, to the kitchen installers, and on on up to Eric the owner, we could not have been more satisfied or more impressed with the customer care, communication, follow through, and service. We researched several outdoor kitchen installers and are so happy we selected Smoky Stone.

excellent service ; very cooperative with custom installation and very trustworthy with their service. Being born and raised in Italy I " needed" to have an excellent quality installed outside cooking kitchen/grill that looked good and endure heavy cooking .
